• If you lose connection during a game, your progress is automatically saved and will resume from where you left off once you reconnect.
• If a technical error causes the outcome of any game to be uncertain, that round may be declared void.
• In the event of a dispute during a live game, the video recording shall be considered the authoritative evidence.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake is generally refunded.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient balance.

Dbc33 shall not be held responsible for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.

• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If services are suspended or restricted due to changes in government regulations.

Under no circumstances shall dbc33's total liability exceed the total amount you have deposited over the preceding 30 days.

Dbc33 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms violation has been found.
• For the duration of an investigation where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• For self-exclusion requested by the account holder.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.

To close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before requesting closure. You will have 30 days after account closure to claim any remaining balance.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, please clearly include your account ID, the date of the incident, and a description of the issue.
• In the event of a game dispute, server logs and game records shall serve as the definitive evidence.
• If a matter cannot be resolved internally, independent arbitration may be pursued.

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident date. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
